Subscription Plans

Free Plan

Our free plan provides basic meal planning features with limitations on storage and AI-powered features.

Pro Plan

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods
• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days notice

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Upload or share content that is harmful, offensive, or violates others' rights
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrailFuel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

Indemnification
